- Ice Hotel - Canada's only hotel made entirely of ice. Built annually in Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier near Quebec City - book a room, before it melts.
March
- International French Language Week - Second-last week of the month annually.
June
- La Fête Nationale - July 24 every year marks Quebec's provincial holiday. Celebrations are held throughout the city but are mostly concentrated at the Parc des Champs-de-Bataille (Battlefields Park), where musical festivities go on throughout the night.
July
- Canada Day - July 1 every year. While not as hot and heavy as the celebrations for Quebec's provincial holiday, festivities include activities at the Parc des Champs-de-Bataille, fireworks at night and free cake.
- Festival d'été de Québec (Quebec Summer Festival) - The annual Quebec Summer Festival groups francophone musicians from around Canada and the world for one jam-packed couple of weeks, starting the first week of July each year.
July - August
- Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec (Loto-Québec International Fireworks Competition) - Exploding over the magnificent Montmorency Falls, the festival features firework displays from around the world. Held in the last week of July and the first week of August each year.
October - November
- Festival des Musiques Sacrées de Québec (Quebec City Festival of Sacred Music) - Saint-Roch Church in Basse-Ville presents concerts during All Saint's week (end of October, beginning of November) each year.
